Legal entity name change for Corteva Agriscience affiliate

Dear Valued Supplier:

Corteva Agriscience is streamlining its legal entity structure to make it easier to do business with us. We are writing to inform you that Pioneer Hi-Bred Foundation, a Corteva Agriscience company, has changed its legal entity name as of December 4, 2020. Our new legal entity name is Corteva Agriscience Foundation. 

The existing rights, interests, obligations and responsibilities in the contracts, purchase orders, addenda, and other contractual agreements, as amended (collectively, the “Agreement”) by and between your organization and Pioneer Hi-Bred Foundation will remain unchanged (other than our legal entity name) and continue in full force and effect following our name change. Please note that this only impacts transactions with Pioneer Hi-Bred Foundation. It does not impact transactions you may have with other Corteva Agriscience legal entities.

Here are the required steps you need to take to avoid delays in the payment process:

·       Update the legal entity name in your database to Corteva Agriscience Foundation

·       Issue all future invoices according to the new name


Note: The existing purchase order number (if any) will remain unchanged.  Please ensure the purchase order number (if any) is indicated on the invoice prior to submission.

The NEW invoicing “bill to” requirements are as follows:

Company Name: Corteva Agriscience Foundation
Tax ID - 42-1388269 (no change)

 

Note: There is no change to invoice receiving locations.
